Required products :

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 tea cup melted butter
  • 2/3 tea cup sour cream
  • 1 small stalk of green onion
  • 120 grams of cheddar
  • 18 rezena salam (speckov)
  • 1 cup grated yellow cheese or mozzarella (ripe)

Method of preparation :

Cut one end of the potatoes to flatten them so that they can stand upright. Put them (to stand firmly) in muffin tins and grease generously.

Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.

Mix the cream with the onion and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the top of the potatoes and carve without removing them from the tins.

Fill 2/3 of them with sour cream.

Cut circles of cheddar cheese the same size as the slices of salami.

Put 3 slices of salami and as much cheddar on top of the sour cream, alternating them. The easiest way would be to stack the pieces on top of each other in your hand and then put them in the potatoes. Press lightly.

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
