Required products :

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 500 grams of spinach, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/3 tea cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon shredded cheese (or feta)

Method of preparation :

Punch the potatoes with a fork and bake at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes until soft. Cool them so that you can touch them with your hand.

Meanwhile, fry in the olive oil until soft. Add spinach, garlic and oregano and stew for 4-5 minutes.

Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees.

Cut the potatoes in half and carve the inside and place them in a pan.

Put the inside of the potatoes in a bowl, add the cream cheese to them, season and mash with a potato press. Add the spinach mixture and half of the shredded cheese. Stir the mixture and fill the potatoes, sprinkle with more grated cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes.
