Wash the raw potatoes thoroughly, using a brush to remove any dirt.
Then make a cross cut on the surface of each, cutting only to the middle of the tubers.
Arrange them on a greased sheet of aluminum foil. In the slices sprinkle spices and herbs to taste, cover with a second sheet of foil and bake the potatoes for 45-55 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
Make the filling during this time.
Finely grate the yellow cheese, peel the tomatoes (scald them first) and chop finely. Mix the two products and add the chopped fresh parsley and dill.
Distribute this combination in the slices of the already prepared potatoes and return to the oven until the yellow cheese melts (about 7-10 minutes).
