How To Cook Stuffed Potatoes With Yellow Cheese, Bacon And Egg - Recipe

Required products :

  • baked potatoes, slightly chilled
  • melted butter
  • salt and pepper
  • shredded Bulgarian yellow cheese
  • bacon, cut into cubes and lightly baked
  • eggs, according to the number of potatoes
  • green onions, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cut a longitudinal lid on each potato and carve the inside with a spoon, leaving about 0.5 millimeters of wall and being careful not to pierce the skin.
  • Coat the inside of the potatoes with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fill them with grated yellow cheese and baked bacon, filling nearly 3/4 of them.
  • Carefully beat 1 egg and season again with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with grated yellow cheese, bacon and green onions and arrange the stuffed potatoes in a greased pan.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until desired egg readiness.
  • Serve them warm, garnished with your choice.
