  • 2 onions
  • 1 kg of minced meat
  • salt, pepper, ground cumin
  • 3 soft tomatoes
  • 2 finely chopped fresh peppers
  • 1 zucchini, cut into cubes
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 50 milliliters of dark beer
  • 80 grams of peas
  • 80 grams of corn
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill
  • melted butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut and peel the pumpkin. Spoon part of the inside and grease it with melted butter. Add salt and pepper. Heat the fat, fry the finely chopped onion and add the minced meat.

Chop it finely with a wire whisk and add sliced ​​soft tomatoes. Add the peppers, zucchini, carrots, mashed potatoes, peas, raisins, corn and pour the beer. Stir and let the stuffing simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

 

Remove from the heat, cool and distribute it in the pumpkins. Sprinkle with grated cheese, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the pumpkins in a pan and pour 1 teaspoon of water. Bake for 30 minutes, cool, pour portions and serve the dish, garnished with chopped fresh dill.
