Required products :
5 large sweet peppers
100 grams sour cream
400 grams cottage cheese
pinch of salt
2 cloves garlic a
bunch of dill, parsley, basil or other (can a mixture of favorite green spices)
1/2 teaspoon cumin
ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Grate the garlic cloves, chop the green spices finely. Pour the prepared products into the curd, add the sour cream, salt, cumin, black pepper and mix everything.
Peel the peppers from the seeds and fill them with the aromatic combination. You can divide them into two parts if you prefer. Then put in the refrigerator for an hour.
