How To Cook Stuffed Roasted Carp With Grapefruit, Garlic And White Wine - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 carp about a pound and a half
  • 1 peeled and sliced ​​grapefruit
  • 1 head of garlic
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 2 stalks of fresh onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons white wine

 

Method of preparation:

 

Clean, wash and dry the fish. Cut it in half lengthwise. Peel, slice the grapefruit and fill the fish with some of it.

In the cut put finely chopped fresh onion, salt, pepper, thyme, fresh parsley and whole garlic cloves. Put the fish in a pan, sprinkle with oil, pour the wine and preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Arrange the remaining citrus slices on the fish and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool, distribute portions and serve carp with a garnish of your choice. It goes well with boiled broccoli or potatoes.
