How To Cook Stuffed Roasted Peppers With Cheese And Bolognese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 4-5 peeled peppers
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 soft diced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 500 grams of minced meat, seasoned with cumin and black pepper to taste
  • 2 sprigs of fresh basil
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 150 grams of grated mozzarella or yellow cheese
  • 150 grams of goat cheese, cut into circles
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • olive oil for frying

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash and dry the peppers. In a pan, heat olive oil and fry the chopped onion and minced meat. Finely chop it with a wire whisk. Add the tomatoes, pasta, oregano, basil and parsley, finely chopped.

Stir and simmer the sauce over low heat until done. Cool it, scoop 1-2 tablespoons of it, put them in the peppers, garnish with a circle of cheese and continue in the same way. Finish by sprinkling with grated mozzarella.

Arrange the vegetables in a greased pan and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve the peppers sprinkled with freshly chopped green spices of your choice.
