Required products :

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 100 grams of mozzarella
  • 1-2 teaspoons of oregano
  • 100 grams of bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 pickles, finely chopped
  • 6 slices of white bread for toasters
  • salt, olive oil

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Fill all with finely chopped mozzarella, pickles and bacon.

Cut the crusts of the bread, roll out the white part and put it in muffin tins so that you get baskets.

Arrange the tomatoes in them, sprinkle with oregano, salt and olive oil. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Serve the tomatoes warm, cut and eat with pleasure.
