Cut the tomatoes and remove the inner flesh. Mix the eggs with the cheese, salt and pepper, stir and fill the vegetables. Heat a fireproof pan and put the tomatoes in it.
Pour fat, cut the sausage into pieces and put it. Sprinkle with soy sauce, preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Cool and serve the dish warm.
