Required products :

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 tea cup of water
  • 115 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely roasted red pepper
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method of preparation :

Punch the potatoes with a fork and cut them lengthwise in half. Put them in a suitable container with the cut side down, add 2 tablespoons of water and cover with plastic wrap. Heat for 8-10 minutes until softened. Cool them.

Peel the potatoes, leaving a thick enough boat to fill later.

Mash the inside of the potatoes with a mixer. Add the cream cheese, spices, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir until smooth, if necessary add a little milk.

Fill the boats with the resulting mixture and press lightly to fill tightly. Put them in a pan and bake them for a few minutes until they catch the crust under the grill in the oven.

Serve as desired with sour cream and garnish with onion feathers.
