Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 100 grams of flour
  • 70 - 80 grams of butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons of water
  • salt to taste

For the stuffing:

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 onion

For the sauce:

  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of cooking cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley to taste
  • tomatoes
  • grated yellow cheese for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Knead the dough from the products indicated for it, wrap it in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the inside carefully, keeping the "cups", season with salt and pepper.

Boil the chicken breasts and grind or chop them finely. Fry the chopped onion, add the meat, pepper (cut into pieces) and the inside of the tomatoes. Add salt and pepper, stir and fill the tomatoes with the resulting mixture.

Roll out the dough, place it on the bottom of a pan and spread the tomatoes on it, turning them with the cut down.

Make a sauce that you have prepared by mixing the egg, cream, chopped parsley and spices to taste. Pour it over the stuffed tomatoes.

Place the dish in the oven and let it bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Five minutes before removing, sprinkle with grated cheese and leave to bake until an appetizing golden crust.

Enjoy your meal!
