Method of preparation:
Carve the inside of the flesh of the tomatoes and chop finely. Put a bowl in it and add the chopped asparagus, mayonnaise, salt, both types of pepper to your taste, shrimp, and red onion.
Mix well and use a spoon to fill each tomato with the mixture. Cool and serve with a drink of your choice.
