Required products :
6 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup buckwheat
2 onions
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 bunch dill
olive oil
Method of preparation :
Wash the tomatoes, cut off the top (lids) and use a small spoon to carve the inside.
Boil the buckwheat and mix with the onion fried in a little olive oil. Add the chopped soft part of the tomatoes, which you dug earlier, the chopped dill and season with soy sauce.
Fill the tomatoes with the resulting combination and bake them in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Decorate of your choice and submit.
