Required products :
baguette or slices white bread
20 cherry tomatoes
125 grams cream cheese
1 small bunch dill
50 grams walnuts
2 cloves garlic (optional)
olive
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the bread into oblong pieces, sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and bake in the oven until golden brown and crispy.
In a suitable bowl, mix the cream cheese with the finely chopped dill and crushed walnuts. Season to taste and stir. If you prefer, add crushed garlic.
Carve the cherry tomatoes, removing the inner flesh. Cut a little from the bottom (outside) so that the "bowls" are stable.
Fill them with the aromatic mixture you have prepared, put a piece of toast and serve.
