Required products :
2 large tomatoes
2 eggs
30 grams of melted cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped green spices (dill, parsley, green onion or other optional)
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the tomatoes, cut off the top and carve the inside, forming "bowls" with thick walls. Add salt to the inside.
Put in a suitable container (grease with oil, if necessary) and beat 1 egg in each tomato. Try to keep the yolks whole.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
Grate the melted cheese (you can replace it with yellow cheese), finely chop the green spices.
Remove the tomatoes from the oven, sprinkle with the cheese and return for another 5 minutes until the latter is melted.
Sprinkle the finished dish with green spices, freshly ground black pepper and serve.
