Necessary products:

  • tomatoes (whatever quantity you want)
  • eggs (as many as tomatoes)
  • cheese (optional)
  • spices and herbs of your choice
  • parsley for sprinkling
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Cut off the top of the tomatoes (lid) and remove the inside with a knife or spoon.

Preheat oven to 200-220 degrees.

Rub the walls of the tomatoes on the inside with salt and spices (maybe dried herbs). Arrange them in a tray and beat one egg in each of them. Bake them in the oven (about 25-30 minutes). Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley. You can add cheese and garlic if you wish.
