Finely chop the ham.
Mix it with the beaten egg and bechamel sauce, season and stir.
Cut off the top of the tomatoes, remove some of the flesh inside, if necessary, fill them with the resulting mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Arrange them in a greased pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
