How To Cook Stuffed Tomatoes With Minced Meat And Rice - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed tomatoes with minced meat and rice". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

6 tomatoes
200-300 grams of minced meat of your choice
5-6 tablespoons oil
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
parsley to taste
2-3 tablespoons rice
salt, pepper and other spices - to taste

a piece of butter

Method of preparation :

Wash the tomatoes, cut off their lids and carve the inside with a spoon. Be careful not to damage the walls. Grind the soft part with a blender.
Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into small cubes and crush the garlic with a knife. Finely chop the parsley.
Fry the minced meat in oil until it turns pink, then add the onion and a minute later the garlic. Stir and fry until the onion is soft. Finally, season with salt, pepper and other preferred spices, and add parsley.
It's rice's turn. You can pre-cook it or use raw. If you choose the raw option, wash the berries and add to the minced meat together with the inside of the tomatoes, which you cut into small pieces. Stew everything for about 5-8 minutes.
If you pre-cook the rice, mix it with the prepared minced meat and add the tomato puree to the dish in which you will bake the tomatoes.
Fill the prepared "bowls" with the obtained filling, so that the mixture occupies 3/4 of their volume.
Arrange in a greased pan, put a piece of butter and tomato paste, pour a little water.
Close the tomatoes with the "caps" that you cut at the beginning.
Bake the dish in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes. The indicated time is approximate, so observe and orient yourself on the readiness of the tomatoes.
Enjoy your meal!
