Wash the tomatoes, cut off the top and carefully carve the inside, taking care not to damage the sides.
Finely chop the parsley. Grate half of the yellow cheese and cut the rest into wide pieces.
Peel an onion, chop finely and fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil until golden.
Wash the mushrooms, dry them, cut them, add to the onion. Add salt and let cook for about 7-8 minutes.
Then add the cream and let the products simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Fill the prepared tomatoes with this combination and close them with a piece of yellow cheese.
Put them in the microwave for 3-5 minutes and serve the appetizer with chopped fresh parsley.
