Method of preparation :
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, grate the carrots.
Fry the onion (until translucent) in the fat, then add the mushrooms and carrots.
Let the mixture simmer until the liquid evaporates, during which time cut off the top of the tomatoes (lids) and with a teaspoon carve the flesh inside.
When the filling is ready, distribute it in the resulting "bowls" and serve the appetizer.
