Required products :
10 medium-sized tomatoes
300 grams of pork
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
150 grams of yellow
salt, paprika, black pepper and nutmeg to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut off the top (lids). Using a knife or spoon, carefully carve the meat, which you grind.
Peel onions and garlic, chop finely.
Chop the pork into small pieces and fry until semi-cooked with the onion, garlic and tomato paste.
Fill the tomatoes with this mixture and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese. Arrange in a pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
