Soak the quinoa in cold water, then pour it into a saucepan, pour 2 teaspoons of water and bring to a boil. Then reduce the power of the hob and let it cook for another 15 minutes. Drain, cool and set aside.
Rinse and dry the tomatoes, cut off the lids, remove the flesh and soak the inside.
In a bowl, mix the quinoa with mayonnaise, add the ham, cheese, salt, olive oil to taste and mix gently.
Fill the vegetables with the resulting stuffing and cover with their lids. Cool for an hour, choose a suitable drink and serve the stuffed tomatoes.
