Necessary products for two:

 

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 300 grams of rice
  • 100 grams of canned corn
  • 70 grams of ham, finely chopped
  • 50-100 grams of pitted olives
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • 2-3 pickles, finely chopped
  • salt, pepper, olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Remove the inside of the tomatoes, chop finely and dry the vegetables.

 

In a bowl, place the corn, ham, tomato slices, chopped olives, parsley, cucumber, add salt, pepper and olive oil. Boil the rice, cool and add it to the mixture.

 

Stir and fill the tomatoes with the resulting salad. Garnish with fresh parsley sprigs, cool and serve with a drink of your choice.
