Method of preparation :
Peel a radish and put it in boiling well-salted water for about 15-20 minutes (cook until semi-finished). Then cool it in cold water.
Boil the fillet, cut it into small pieces, finely chop the onion and fry. Mix the two products, add the pre-cooked mushrooms, cream, a pinch of thyme and add salt if necessary.
When the turnip has cooled to warm, take it out of the water and carve the inside, chop it and add it to the other products, with which you tightly fill the formed "vegetable bowls".
Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180-200 degrees.
When the appetizer is ready, pour it (while still hot) with melted butter and serve.
