Necessary products:

 

  • 4-5 red peppers
  • 300 grams of canned tomatoes
  • 10 grams of hot red pepper
  • 5 grams of cumin powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 400 grams of black beans, drained
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • 5 grams of cumin
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put beans, onions, flour, garlic, lime juice, chili, cumin, salt, pepper and coriander leaves in a blender. Beat the mixture until homogeneous, heat the olive oil and fry it.
