How To Cook Stuffed Zucchini With Cheese, Vegetables And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

4 zucchini
1 onion
2 carrots
1 sweet pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste
100 grams of cheese (maybe feta or other of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon walnuts
1 egg
100 milliliters oil
salt and spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Place a deep bowl of water on the hob. When it boils, put the zucchini in it for 4-5 minutes, then transfer them to a saucepan with a cold.

 

Finely chop onions, carrots, peppers and fry them in hot oil.

 

Cut the top of the zucchini lengthwise and carve part of the inside to make boats.

 

Finely chop, add to vegetables. Add the tomato puree and let everything fry until the products are ready.

 

Arrange the prepared zucchini in a tray.

 

Cut the cheese into cubes and add the walnuts, fried vegetables, beat the egg and season the mixture to taste.

 

Fill the boats with it.

 

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.

 

Bake the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

 

Serve hot.
