Required products :
3 zucchini
250 grams chicken mill
1 small onion
1 small carrot
slice of yellow cheese
1 tablespoon semi-cooked rice
2-3 cloves garlic
Method of preparation :
Cut the millet into pieces and grind them with a blender until smooth.
Add 1 tablespoon of semi-cooked rice, grated carrot and finely chopped onion. Season to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
Cut the zucchini into two pieces lengthwise and carefully carve the inside, which you cut into small cubes and add to the filling. Add the crushed garlic cloves.
Arrange the "boats" in a pan, fill them with the resulting mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven).
