Necessary products:

 

  • 125 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 75 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs, size L
  • frying oil

 

for the glaze

 

  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • liquid white chocolate

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the milk with the sugar, salt and butter into the saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, set aside and add the flour. Return to the hob, stirring until the dough begins to peel off the walls.

Remove from the heat, add the eggs one by one, stirring until smooth. With oiled hands, form balls of the mixture, heat the oil and fry in an oil bath.

Drain them on kitchen paper and cool. Put the liquid chocolate in a kitchen bag and fill each ball. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and roll them. Serve immediately and enjoy.
