Necessary products:
450 - 500 grams of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons glucose syrup
1 egg white
Method of preparation:
Mix the egg whites and syrup in a bowl, stir. Sift the powdered sugar and add it to the mixture (450 grams first). Knead until smooth. Shape the dough into a ball, put it in a plastic bag and leave it in it for 2 hours. Then knead once more. If the consistency is sticky, use more powdered sugar. The coating is ready for use.
