How To Cook Sugar-free Cinnamon Biscuits With Oatmeal - Recipe

Required products :

  • 50 grams of oatmeal
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and cinnamon
  • 25 grams of raisins - chopped
  • 15 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method of preparation :

Mix all dry products in a bowl.

Melt the butter and stir in the honey to dissolve. Add 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water. Transfer to dry ingredients knead dough.

Sprinkle the kitchen counter with oatmeal and knead the dough.

Roll it out thinly (about 0.5 cm) and cut into round shapes.

Bake the biscuits at 200 degrees, arranging them in a tray lined with paper. Remember to leave enough space between the sweets.

Spread with jam or favorite cream, if desired.
