Necessary products:

  • 1/3 cup sugar syrup
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 160 ml of fresh milk
  • ice cream

Method of preparation:

Grease a pudding pan with butter. Mix the sugar syrup, lemon (chopped), breadcrumbs and pour into the form. Then beat the sugar with the butter until white, add the eggs, pour the milk, add the flour and knead lightly. Pour the mixture into the bowl and level the surface. Cover with baking paper and press in the middle. Attach the paper and place the form in a deep bowl (or saucepan) with water (the water should be in the middle of the pudding form). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and continue to simmer for about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Carefully remove the dessert from the dish, cut it and pour the syrup. 

Decorate as desired.
