Required products :
100 grams of cheese
4-5 radishes
1 sweet pepper
5-6 olives
50 grams of arugula
2-3 medium tomatoes
1 cucumber
parsley to taste
1 lemon
olive oil
Preparation :
Cut the cheese into pieces and grill.
Wash the vegetables, clean the unnecessary parts and cut them into pieces of your choice.
Put them in a suitable container, add the arugula and olives. Season the salad with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, and put the cheese at the end. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
