How To Cook Summer Salad With Zucchini, Olives, Tomatoes And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 zucchini
  • 50 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 50 grams of pitted olives
  • 50 grams of shredded feta cheese
  • 1 red onion
  • fresh oregano leaves
  • olive oil, salt, balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of crushed hot peppers

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into thin strips. Pour 250 milliliters of water into a saucepan, add salt and blanch the zucchini. Dry and place on a plate.

Halve the tomatoes and olives, add to the vegetables and add the shredded cheese. Peel an onion, cut it into crescents and spread on the other products.

Season with salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, hot peppers and garnish with fresh oregano leaves. Cool and serve the salad with a drink of your choice.
