Required products :
1-2 cans of cod liver (depending on their weight)
3 potatoes
1 bunch green onions
4 eggs
100 grams of potato chips
pitted olives
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes and eggs, when cool, peel them.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and place in a suitable dish.
Cut the green onions into circles and spread on the potatoes.
The next layer is the liver (first drain the liquid from the can and mash the liver with a fork).
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Grate the egg whites on a coarse grater and spread over the cod. You can lightly spread with mayonnaise if you wish.
Grate the yolks finely and put on the egg whites.
The most pleasant part follows - the arrangement.
At the end of the plate put potato chips, as seen in the photo.
Draw a grid on the surface with the help of mayonnaise and put one olive in each formed square.
Put the salad in the refrigerator for an hour, then you can serve.
