Required products :

for the meatballs:

  • 3/4 tea cup breadcrumbs (with spices on request - garlic powder, paprika, oregano, etc.)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 broken eggs
  • 1/3 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 kg of ground beef

for gravy sauce:

  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 2 3/4 tea cups low-fat milk 2%
  • 800 milliliters of beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

for pasta:

  • 1 packet of 400 grams of pasta with eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, mix the meatball products and form 36 small round meatballs. Fry them in a pan until browned, then drain on paper.

Heat a frying pan and stir the flour into it to bake and carefully pour the milk, stirring with a wire. Pour the broth, Worcestershire sauce, season. Cook until cool (about 2-3 minutes).

Reduce heat to low and place meatballs in pan. Cover and let the meat cook completely for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta, drain and stir in the warm pasta butter. Serve with meatballs and sprinkle with parsley.
