Required products :
2 teaspoons raw pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Method of preparation :
Wash the seeds and dry them. Arrange them in a row on parchment and place in a preheated 150 degree oven for about an hour.
When you take them out, wait for them to cool and transfer them to a bowl. Add the melted butter, salt, sugar, cinnamon and mix thoroughly. Then spread the seeds again on paper and return to the oven. Increase the temperature to 180 degrees and roast the seeds until golden brown (about 10-15 minutes).
Ready-made pumpkin seeds can be stored for up to 3 days in a closed container.
