Necessary products
For the dough:
1 1/4 teaspoon flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
100 grams of butter
1/4 tea cup ice water
For the stuffing:
3 - 4 peaches
1/3 tea cup sugar
1 tablespoon starch
1/4 teaspoon lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon water (for spreading)
Method of preparation:
Mix the flour, sugar and salt, add the butter and stir to get "crumbs". Pour the water and stir. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, cover the form with baking paper and work with the filling.
Mix the sugar, starch, lemon zest and cardamom.
Cut the peaches, put them in the sugar combination, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough and place the fruit and spices on it. Leave the edges without stuffing and turn them inwards towards the middle of the crust. Spread with egg yolk and water, sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes (or until done).
