Required products :
200 grams of onion
40 milliliters of thistle oil (or other natural cold pressed vegetable oil)
20 grams of baked flour
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
600 milliliters of water
lemon juice
Method of preparation :
Crush the sugar crystals and bake them until browned in a pan. Pour a spoonful of water, stir and when the mixture boils, transfer it to a saucepan.
Add the pre-baked flour, oil and let the combination boil.
Peel an onion, cut it and boil it in water, then take it out.
Dissolve the sugar and flour in the broth, pour the apple cider vinegar, a little lemon juice and then add the onion, passed through a sieve.
The sauce is ready. You can serve it on a slice of bread, for example, or as an addition to a meat dish.
