Required products :

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 330 milliliters of beer
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2/3 tea cup walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • nutmeg optional

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the sugar and beer. Stir and add the nuts and raisins, finally season.

Transfer the dough to a greased pan and form into a ball. Make a cross cut on top and bake at 175 degrees for 50 minutes.

Check with a stick if it is ready.
