Required products :

  • 60 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 50 grams of butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons dry yeast or 15 grams of pressed
  • 160 grams of flour

 

For the stuffing:

  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

 

For the glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

 

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Add the egg yolks, melted butter, salt, sugar and finally pour the flour.

Knead the dough (you can use a bakery for this purpose, put the products in the bowl of the appliance in the same sequence).

 

When the latter is ready, take it out on a floured surface and roll it out. Spread with softened butter (for the filling) and sprinkle with sugar (better use brown).

Roll up a roll, which you divide into two parts lengthwise, which you twist first individually and then together, turning them into a whole.


Form a bun, put it for 20 minutes in a greased pan, then bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.

Make a glaze from the products listed above (fresh milk, sugar, butter and cocoa), which you mix and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
