Required products :

200 grams butter
200 grams melted cheese
2 eggs
400 grams sugar
300 grams flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda


Method of preparation :

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites with the sugar and mix the yolks with the softened butter.

Grate the melted cheese with a large grater, add the soda and salt, then the yolks with the cheese. Stir.

Then add the egg whites to the resulting combination and mix thoroughly again.

It's time for the flour, pour it into the bowl with the other products, kneading the dough, which you put in the fridge for 40 minutes.

When you take out the dough, form small round cookies from it and arrange them in a greased pan.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
