Method of preparation:
Prepare the cream by mixing the milk with the butter, frozen strawberries, chocolate and sugar. Heat the mixture over low heat, stir and cool. Pour the flour into a bowl, activate the yeast in the warm milk and mix it.
Beat the eggs, add the sugar, vanilla, salt and butter. Combine the two mixtures and make a dough. Leave it to rise and roll out two large crusts. Spread them with the cooled fruit cream and roll.
Cut and arrange the cut pieces in a greased round cake tin. Brush with beaten egg, preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the pie for 40 minutes. When ready, wrap it with a damp cloth, break and serve.
