How To Cook Sweet Christmas Trees - Recipe

Required ingredients :

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • green food coloring
  • 300 grams of powdered sugar
  • sugar stars and sugar sticks for decoration

Method of preparation :

Beat the butter, vanilla and sugar in a bowl until a thick homogeneous mixture is obtained. Beat the eggs inside and mix again.

Add the cocoa, flour and milk. Mix everything thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into a greased deep cake pan. Bake for about 20 minutes on medium heat. After removal, allow to cool.

Cut the finished cake into triangular pieces (between 8 and 12, depending on the size you want). Use a serrated knife.

Stick a lollipop handle or a thicker stick into the wide part of each piece. Shape the pieces with a knife to look like trees.

Mix green food coloring with powdered sugar. Apply it on the trees to cover them completely. Decorate with colorful chocolate bars and stars.
