Mix the yeast and warm water, leave for 5 minutes to activate the yeast. Add sugar, milk, vanilla, salt and eggs, beat on low on a mixer for 1 minute.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of the yeast mixture and stir again for a minute.
Add the next 2 1/4 teaspoons of flour, continuing to stir on low. Stir for 8 minutes to obtain a smooth elastic dough.
Add 4 tablespoons of oil, stirring well after each.
Spread the remaining 1/4 tea cup of flour on a kitchen counter and place the dough on it and mix several times to obtain a smooth elastic dough.
Put the dough in a large greased bowl and cover, let rise for 1 hour.
Mix the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter with 2/3 teaspoon of brown sugar, corn syrup, honey and melt in a saucepan until all the ingredients are melted.
Pour the syrup into a cake tin and sprinkle with the nuts. Allow the syrup to cool completely.
Mix the remaining 1/3 tea cup of brown sugar with the cinnamon.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and spread it on the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and roll. Transfer to the tray and press the edges together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Remove the cake from the refrigerator for 30 minutes to temper, then bake for half an hour until dry.
Turn the cooled cake in a plate and wait for it to cool completely before cutting.
