Necessary products:

1 tsp coarsely ground corn flour

1 tsp wheat flour

200 g canned sweet corn

0.5 tsp milk

1 sec. l. butter

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp dry yeast

0.5 tsp Sol

Method of preparation:

In a bowl, mix the corn and wheat flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Make a hole in the middle. Drain the juice from the canned corn in a saucepan, add the milk and heat over low heat. Pour the resulting liquid into the cavity in the dry ingredients, put the butter and knead the dough. Place it on a board sprinkled with flour and knead for 6-8 minutes, gradually adding the corn. Then transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise. When this happens, put the dough in a bread pan greased with butter and place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees to bake for 25 minutes (it should turn red). Wait for the bread to cool before serving.
