How To Cook Sweet Corn With Mushrooms, Onions And Butter - Recipe

Required products :

2 tablespoons butter

1 onion

1/2 green pepper if desired

1/2 red pepper optional

1 small hot pepper

2 tablespoons coriander

350 grams of sweet corn

125 grams of mushrooms

salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Heat the fat in a frying pan with a thick bottom, add the chopped onion, cleaned of seeds and chopped peppers (if you will use), also hot pepper. Fry everything for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly until the vegetables are soft. Then add the sweet corn, coriander, mushrooms, pepper and salt to taste. Leave on the stove for another 5 minutes, stirring lightly during this time. The garnish is ready. You can now transfer to a suitable dish and serve with the main course.
