Necessary products
For the dough:
200 grams of cottage cheese
200 grams of flour
100 grams of butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 grams of
vanilla sugar
For the stuffing:
walnuts (maybe hazelnuts or peanuts)
sugar
Method of preparation :
Bake the nuts (for example, a handful) in a dry pan or oven, then grind with a blender along with a few tablespoons of sugar.
Mix the softened curd butter, add the egg, sugar and vanilla. Then sift the flour with baking powder and knead a soft dough, which is stored in the refrigerator for an hour.
When cool, cut it into 5-6 pieces.
Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of the sweet walnuts on the counter. Put 1 part of the dough on them, knead, turn on all sides and roll out in a circle about 1/2 centimeter thick. Cut the layer into 6-8 pieces and form a horn from each.
Prepare the rest of the dough in the same way.
Arrange the horns in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment. Bake them in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
