Learn how to cook "Sweet cupcakes with zucchini, lemon and vanilla". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 500 grams of zucchini
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams of butter
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon (without tip) soda
- pinch of salt
- a pinch of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Method of preparation :
Beat the eggs with the sugar and butter, add the cream, a pinch of vanilla and salt, baking soda and flour.
Followed by grated lemon peel and zucchini (drain the liquid beforehand).
Mix the dough thoroughly and distribute it in muffin tins.
Bake the cupcakes at 200 degrees in the oven for about 30 minutes.
