Required products :
  • 125 grams of powdered sugar
  • 600 milliliters of nonfat yogurt
  • 300 milliliters of oil
  • 200 grams of strawberries or other small fruits
  • 225 grams of flour
  • 175 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100 grams of hazelnuts
  • 150 grams of granulated sugar
Required products :
Mix the flour and powdered sugar, pour in the milk, add the soda and knead a thick dough (it should not drip from the spoon).
Heat the butter in a shallow pan (but it should not start to fry).
Scrape the dough with a spoon, form balls with your hands, which you put in the fat with the help of a spoon. Let it fry for about 6-8 minutes (until golden), and remove the finished with a slotted spoon and place on paper that will absorb excess fat.
